Wine Review: This organic Chard was recently recommended by the KensWineGuide.com tasting panel. This yellow wine opens with an apple and apricot like bouquet. On the palate, this medium to full bodied wine is smooth, well balanced, a bit steely, while displaying lime like flavors with notes of green apples and honeydew melon. The finish is dry and lingers slightly. The panel would pair this Chard with chicken and broccoli with a cream sauce or salmon. Enjoy – KWGTP
