Wine Review: Bianchi is on a roll with the KensWineGuide.com tasting panel. This Chard finished in third place in Part 1 of our 2 blind tastings this month. This golden yellow wine opens with a very inviting tropical fruit like bouquet with hints of coconut and banana. On the palate, this wine is quite creamy, well balanced, and suave with flavorful pineapple like flavors with a touch of oak and lemon. The finish is dry and very pleasant. The panel would pair this with a chicken and cream dish like Chicken St. Timothy. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This lovely wine has floral aromas of citrus, pineapple, and kiwi, followed by a creamy, toasty finish. 62% oak barrel fermented and sur-lie aged for six months. It is superbly balanced and intensely flavored.
