Wine Review: This bright yellow Chard from EOS preformed very nicely in our recent blind tasting. It opens with a very inviting ripe pineapple bouquet with hints of green apple and banana. On the palate, this wine is balanced, has nicely integrated acidity, while displaying lemony flavors with some light oak. The finish is dry and refreshing. The panel felt this Chard would be a perfect match for swordfish or lemon chicken. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This vintage opens with aromas of rose petals and tulips balanced by apricots, peaches, and pears. The fruit explodes in the mouth with subtle hints of smoky oak. The aromatic finish is balanced by crisp acidity leaving the mouth watering for more.
