Wine Review: This was our favorite wine from a tasting of the “Marques de Casa Concha” lineup that we tried with Concha y Toro winemaker Marcelo Papa. This wine opens with a very nice black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is smooth, structured, and flavor packed. The flavor profiles are plum and black current with notes of oak and anise. The finish is dry with lingering tannins that sail along nicely. This wine would pair quite nicely with your favorite steak. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Color: Bright, deep red. Bouquet: Cherry, blackberry, cedar, black tar and smoke. Taste: A smooth, almost silky texture with firm tannins and a long finish. Concentrated and full bodied.
