Wine Review: This was a new wine for the panel. This purple wine opens with a light blackberry bouquet with hints of tobacco. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is rich, smooth, nicely balanced, with spicy black current flavors. The finish is dry, soft, and subtle. The panel would pair this wine with veal marsala or veal medallions with shallots and wild mushrooms. Enjoy – KWGTP
