Wine Review: Bianchi made quite an impression on our Tasting Panel with this Merlot. It finished in third place. This dark red wine opens with a very attractive light cherry like bouquet with hints of anise. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is smooth, silky, polished, and displays wonderful cherry vanilla flavors. The finish is dry and very polished. This very food friendly wine calls for the second glass rule and would pair perfectly with bruschetta or a roasted pork tenderloin dish. Enjoy - KWGTP
