Wine Review: This light yellow wine was recommended by our tasting panel at our last blind tasting of Sauvignon Blancs. This wine opens with a light grapefruit and green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is round, a bit edgy, with slightly creamy tart lime like flavors with hints of grapefruit. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. Serve this wine chilled with lemon caper chicken. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: A unique SB made with the mosque clone this wine shows exceptional minerality and tropical fruit characteristics. With passion fruit, cantaloupe, lemon zest and fresh herbs on the nose leading to pineapple, key lime, and papaya flavors. Vibrant acidity balances the rich layered finish.
