Wine Review: This light yellow wine opens with a faint pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is balanced and easy going. It displays nice light lemon-lime like flavors with very nicely integrated minerality. The finish is mouthwatering and subtle. This wine is very food friendly and would be a great complement to many dishes. The group thought its subtle flavors and minerality were perfect for scallops, sole, or sea bass. Enjoy – KWGTP
