Wine Review: This very pale yellow Riesling opens with a light citrus like bouquet with notes of grapefruit, lime, and a touch of anise. On the palate, this light bodied wine is bone dry, brisk, and lean. The flavor profile is full of minerality with some lime notes as well. The finish is dry, clean, and lingers nicely. This wine, like most Very Good "Dry" Rieslings is a good food wine and would pair nicely with sole or even a Caesar salad. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: A soft and finely textured wine that may be enjoyed with food. Minerals, wet stone, and lime leaf are all of the hallmarks of Mt. Barker Riesling.
