Wine Review: Vidal Ice wine is an up and coming dessert wine category and this wine shows off the reasons why. This golden yellow wine finished in 3rd place in our recent blind tasting. It opens with a very inviting floral and apricot like bouquet. On the palate, this full bodied wine is rich, creamy, and has a flavor profile that is nutty with sweet apricots and peaches. The finish lingers and is long. This wine paired quite nicely with our mixed fruit tart dessert. Enjoy – KWGTP
