Wine Review: This wine was clearly our panels favorite Cab Franc from our flight at the Golden Nose Awards. This bright ruby wine opens with a ripe raspberry like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is balanced, easy to drink, and displays dusty cherry like flavors. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. I felt this wine would pair very nicely with grilled barbecue chicken. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: This Bordeaux varietal excites with robust aromas of cocoa, blueberry, and toasted hazelnut. Soft black cherry abounds with a glimpse of black licorice. Its smooth texture, tempered by just the right acidity, maintains this wine's focus through to the finish. Serve as a companion to roast leg of lamb and grilled vegetables.
