Wine Review: We discovered this popular dry wine at the Golden Nose awards in Corning, NY. This very pale yellow wine opens with a light lime like bouquet. On the palate, this dry wine is quite dry, nicely balanced, crisp, and has pronounced lime like flavors with notes of minerality. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. This wine is quite food friendly and would pair very nicely with sesame chicken, oysters, or scallops. Enjoy – Ken
