Wine Review: This pale yellow wine opens with a light peach like bouquet with hints of pear. On the palate, this light bodied wine is round, shows some acidity and spritz, has no hard edges, and displays tart lime like flavors. The finish lingers and was a tad metallic. The panel felt this wine would pair nicely with roasted chicken with garlic. Enjoy – KWGTP
