Wine Review: We tried this wine with close friends at the “Wine Bar” in Saratoga, NY. This wine opens with a very fresh peach like bouquet with a touch of lemon. On the palate, this wine is round, shows good life, with good acidity and fresh lime like flavors. The finish is dry, refreshing, and very pleasant. This very food friendly Chard would be an excellent companion for grilled swordfish with some lemon drizzle. Finally, the true test was that our guests wanted us to see if we could find it for them so they could buy some. Wanting more is always a good sign. Cheers – Ken
