Wine Review: To close our recent dinner at Legal Sea Foods we thought we would try this golden yellow Riesling from Alsace. It opens with a wonderful ripe pear like bouquet that was just so attractive. My initial thought was that this wine was going be on the dry side being from Alsace. However, the wine was off dry to a bit sweet. It was also well balanced, viscous, and displayed absolutely delicious ripe apple and pear like flavors. The finish was quite refreshing and very long lasting. We enjoyed sipping this wine as our dessert. Enjoy – Ken
