Wine Review: This was the best Riesling I tried at this year’s Boston Wine Expo. This wine opens with a pleasant citrus like bouquet with notes of grapefruit. On the palate, this full bodied wine is well balanced, creamy, viscous, and displays citrus like flavors of pineapple along with some minerality. The finish is very refreshing and prolonged. This wine would pair perfectly with a seafood casserole. Enjoy – Ken
