Wine Review: This wine won our recent blind Rosé tasting. This is also the second vintage in a row that I recommended this wine. This light pink wine was opens with a very fragrant and appealing peach like bouquet. On the palate, this light bodied wine is round, crisp, and refreshing. This wine is loaded with flavors and has some complexity as well. The flavors are predominately peach, but nectarine and grapefruit were noted as well. The finish was dry and refreshing. The panel thought this was a great pool wine and could be enjoyed with ham or soft cheeses like brie. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: The palest of pink in color our Rosé is comprised of Zinfandel, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir. Aromas of strawberries and cream, rose petal, watermelon and rhubarb get your mouth watering for what’s to come. Strawberries, cherry and vanilla cream show themselves with a background of floral orange blossom. A great apertiff or pair with seafood, grilled chicken or spicy fare like Thai or Mexican.
