Wine Review: I recently attended a post holiday party that opened the evening with this stunning Champagne. This light yellow wine opens with a doughy like bouquet. On the palate, this champagne is quite refined, elegant, smooth, and offers light lemon flavors with hints of honey dew lemon. This was clearly one of the best Champagnes I have tried this season. The finish was dry and quite extended. If you have are looking for a stunning option to impress your significant other on Valentines Day, this is your winner. Enjoy – Ken
