Wine Review: This Pinot Gris from Alsace won our most recent blind white wine tasting. This light yellow wine opens with a mild citrus bouquet with hints of green apple. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is a little tangy, shows some acidity, and has pineapple like flavors. The finish is dry and subtle. The panel felt this wine would pair nicely with baked scrod with lemon or shrimp with pasta. Enjoy – KWGTP
