Wine Review: This wine opens with a nice exotic floral bouquet. On the palate, the wine is light bodied, very pleasant, well balanced, gentle, and has lime like flavors. This wine would pair well with sharp cheddar cheese. The finish is refreshing, dry and subtle. Enjoy - Ken
