Wine Review: This dark brick colored wine opens with a very aromatic eucalyptus bouquet with hints of earth and spice. On the palate, this medium bodied wine is round, has no hard edges, and has spicy cherry and pepper flavors. The finish is dry and lingers for a bit. The panel felt this wine would be a very nice glass pour option and would pair perfectly with a gourmet burger smothered with sautéed mushrooms and swiss cheese. Enjoy - KWGTP
