Wine Review: While recently having dinner with friends at the Tuscan Grill in Waltham, MA we choose this Very Good wine as off the wine list. This very dark purple wine opened with a very mild oak influenced dark berry like bouquet. On the palate, this medium bodied old world styled wine is very flavorful and has acidic oak influenced ripe plum flavors with hints of black cherry. The finish is dry, woody, and lingers for a bit. This wine paired nicely with my linguine Bolognese. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Vino Nobile is garnet red in colour; its bouquet is delicate and intense, with a slight scent of violet; the taste is dry with a hint of tannic.
