Wine Review: "Diamond" is a hybrid grape that originates from a cross of the Delaware & concord grapes. Goose Watch’s Diamond wine is a real crowd pleaser fro those readers who enjoy sweet wines. It opens with a light lemony bouquet. On the palate, the wine is not too sweet, a bit creamy, round, and has some lychee like flavors. The finish is quite refreshing, slightly sweet, and lingers nicely. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Grown in the Finger Lakes for over a century and has withstood the test of time, Diamond is perhaps the best of the original white wine grapes grown in New York. Assertive floral and fresh grape aromas are nicely integrated with the luscious semi-sweet finish. Residual Sugar: 5.8%
