Wine Review: This wine won our most recent blind wine tasting of Chardonnay. This light yellow wine opens with a forward spicy apricot bouquet with hints of oak and butterscotch. On the palate, this medium bodied wine enters the mouth with a creamy but slightly acidic feel. The flavor profile is creamy lemon with hints of banana, cantaloupe, and coconut. The finish is dry, pleasant, smooth, and lingers for quite some time. The panel felt this wine would ideally pair well with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - KWGTP
