Wine Review: This pinkish orange wine was my favorite Rosés of all those tried on our recent trip to the Finger Lakes in upstate NY. This wine opens with a nice mild bouquet with a hint of strawberry. On the palate, the wine is well balanced, refreshing, and an elegant food wine. Serve this wine chilled with chicken, pork, or just about anything. The finish is dry and brief. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Vivid, bright red color leads to concentrated red cherry aromas on the nose. Once tasted, you will enjoy this versatile wine for its silky flavors of cherries, plums and orange blossoms.
