Wine Review: The Finger Lakes is making some world class Rieslings these days and this vineyard is one of the front runners in terms of quality. This wine opens with a wonderful inviting floral bouquet. On the palate, this wine is very creamy, has light lime flavors, and is very well balanced. The wine finishes dry and lingers nicely. This wine would be a great choice with swordfish doused with lemon juice. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A crisp dry Johannisberg Riesling in the classic German Mosel Kabinett style. The nose is light and delicate with hints of fresh fruit. Elegant in taste, it is smooth and well balanced with a crisp, clean finish. An outstanding party, reception and general drinking wine.
