Wine Review: Another terrific Riesling from Hermann Wiemer. This almost clear wine has a pleasant orange peel bouquet. On the palate, this wine is extremely well balanced, has rich and concentrated lemon lime flavors. The finish is a bit subtle. This wine would pair well with tortellini with alfredo sauce. Winemaker Notes: An exceptionally smooth, pleasant wine in the true Spätlese Rhine style. It has a lovely balanced nose and taste with a soft finish.
