Wine Review: Are you looking for a real nice summer quaffer? Here is one for you. This light yellow wine made from 100% Cayuga White opens with a pleasant light citrus bouquet. On the palate, this wine is round, crisp, has citrus flavors and is very refreshing. The finish is quite pleasant. This is an ideal patio and pool wine for a hot summer day. It’s a steal as well. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: When the guests are on the way and you don't know what to serve...Carpe Vinum! ("seize the wine")! A versatile white wine with enticing aromas of apple, pear and melon. Quenchingly light and racy, this wine finishes with a pleasing crispness that couples well with food, friends and your next toga party.
