Wine Review: This wine opens with a slight petrol and wet grass like bouquet. On the palate, this light to medium bodied wine is really balanced, clean, and has very tasty slightly sweet light lemon-lime flavors with notes of minerality. The finish is pretty dry and lingers for some time. The wine is a prefect food wine that will pair very nicely with a seafood casserole or chicken with broccoli in a cream sauce. This was a fan favorite at a recent Oktoberfest I attended. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2006 Eroica delivers fresh mandarin orange and lime aromas and flavors with subtle mineral and slate notes. This Eroica shows the warm vintage through its slightly richer, bolder style than the previous vintage. Although slightly more fruit forward, the 2006 Eroica still achieves complexity from the diverse mix of vineyards we source from--including higher elevation vineyards on the fringes of the Columbia Valley, as well as the more traditional older vines from the Yakima Valley." - Bob Bertheau, Winemaker
