Wine Review: This light yellow wine opens with a faint pear bouquet with hints of butter. On the palate, this medium bodied wine has light apple flavors with vanilla and oak influence. The fruit flavors are refreshing. It is also crisp and a bit acidic. The finish is dry and subtle. The panel felt this wine would pair nicely with sesame or cashew chicken or even on its own.
