Wine Review: Chardonnay from the Edna Valley always seems to be at least Very Good. This wine from Bianchi lived up to that expectation. It opens with a light pleasant bouquet. On the palate, the wine is nicely balanced and flavorful. There is a little bit of vanilla and a touch of oak on the mid palate. This wine will match very well food. I was thinking grilled chicken Caesar salad. The finish is nicely dry and slightly prolonged. Enjoy - Ken
