Wine Review: This Chardonnay from the Finger Lakes will have appeal at your next wine and cheese party. The wine has a distinctive light oak vanilla bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, full of toasted oak and light vanilla flavors. The wine is very lively in the mouth and a touch acidic. This wine will pair well with cheese or on its own. The finish is dry, refreshing, and the flavors last for quite some time. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A fruit forward Chardonnay with pineapple, kiwi, pear, and coconut aromatics. The mouthfeel is smooth with an abundance of fruit flavor and a delicate touch of oak. Serve with shellfish, salmon, mildly spiced fusion cuisine, and pasta with a butter, olive oil, or cream sauce.
