Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Aussie red blend opens with a mild black raspberry bouquet with a hint of blueberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and nicely balanced between it juicy fruit and acidity. The flavor profile is a tasty boysenberry and gentle black raspberry with hints of old oak and a dash of black pepper. The finish is dry and its mild tannins longer nicely. I would pair this tasty wine with a tangy pulled pork sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
