Wine Review: The light gold colored sticky from down under opens with a honey and mild tangerine bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, rich, syrupy, and concentrated. The flavor profile is a rich apricot, honey, and fig with a hint of raisin. The finish is sweet, shows a touch of heat, and lingers. The panel suggested pairing this dessert wine with pecan pie. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Vibrant yellow gold with a youthful nose of grapefruit, lemon and lime characters. The unctuous, luscious wine coats the mouth with an explosion of exotic and intense fruit including yellow peach, quince, green melon and a wonderful lemon butter nuance. There is a long spicy note before it finishes with a lingering and refreshing green mango character and minerality.
