Wine Review: This bright pale straw-colored Viognier based wine from down under opens with a tangerine and quince bouquet with hints of white peach, ginger, and gardenia. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is clean, balanced, and juicy. The flavor profile is tangerine and ginger blend with notes of saline and Anjou pear. We also detected hints of lime and white peach. The finish is dry and refreshing. This wine would pair well with grilled swordfish steaks. Enjoy - Ken & Mark
Winemaker Notes: A lovely, perfumed orange and citrus blossom bouquet with green papaya, pineapple, and grapefruit notes. The palate is exotic with ginger flower spices thanks to the Viognier, and Marsanne brings an almond component. Refreshing style.
