Wine Review: This Sauvignon Blanc from Australia is straw colored and opens with aromas of pineapple, white florals, talc and a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is medium minus bodied with medium plus acidity. It is crisp, mouthwatering and balanced. In addition to plenty of minerality there are flavors of green apple, spicy ginger, pear and some light white grapefruit. The slightly spicy finish is nicely extended. This Sauvignon Blanc would go well with rare seared tuna. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: Strongly aromatic, with cut grass, tropical fruit and snow peas. The palate is bright and fresh, with zingy stone fruit and citrus. Simple yet refreshing, this wine should be chilled and slurped in summer.
