Wine Review: This very faint straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc from Australia is very good. It opens with a mild grapefruit and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and has zippy acidity. The flavor profile is a slightly tart yellow grapefruit with notes of juicy lemon-lime and gooseberry. The finish is dry and refreshing, as its acidity and fruit flavors linger. This Sauvignon Blanc would pair nicely with swordfish skewers. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: An intensely aromatic wine, displaying an attractive mix of tropical and herbal notes on the nose. The palate is also abundantly flavorsome with passionfruit, gooseberry, capsicum and green bean all playing a role. Vibrant, racy acid is seamlessly integrated adding freshness, finesse and length to this fruit laden wine.
