Wine Review: This Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling based blend from Southern Australia is pale gold colored and has a very shy bouquet of pineapple, pear, talc and floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and crisp with a light to medium body and medium + acidity. It has flavors of pear, green apple, minerality and a hint of lime. The finish is long and citrusy. Enjoy this good value white wine with a Maryland style crab cakes. – Mark
Winemaker Notes: A crisp, refreshing white blend, with a touch of sweetness. Sauvignon Blanc contributes to the lifted, tropical fruit nose, whilst Riesling is more apparent on the palate with mouth-watering lemon, lime and green apple flavors. Aromatic, fun and easy drinking, this wine is great with food or without.
