Wine Review: This opaque and midnight purple colored Malbec from the Uco Valley opens with blackberry and gravel bouquet with hints of violets. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, smooth and has a lush mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a mild blackberry and gentle black tea blend with notes of stewed black plum and dark chocolate. I also detected hints of stone dust and bay leaf. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity and mild dusty tannins fade away nicely. I would pair this food friendly and approachable Malbec with your favorite burger. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Very intense violet-red color. Aromas of fresh red fruit, flowers, and herbs, followed by subtle notes of spice and mint. Firm and ripe tannins, with a fruity character, medium body, and a notably long finish. An elegant Malbec, characteristic of the Uco Valley.
