Wine Review: This medium yellow colored Semillon from Zuccardi opens with a quince and warm sour dough bread bouquet with hints of gooseberry and linen. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, slightly creamy, supple, and bright. The flavor profile is saline and lime blend with notes of chamomile tea and quince. We also detected hints of Meyer lemon. The finish is dry and refreshing. We would pair this Semillon with a chilled crab cocktail, oysters or cherrystones. Enjoy - KWGTP
