Wine Review: This midnight ruby colored Malbec from Zuccardi opens with a blackberry and tobacco leaf bouquet with hints of black olive and Slim Jim. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and fresh. The flavor profile is a juicy red plum and black raspberry blend with notes of black olive and graphite. We also detected hints of black tea and a touch of red bell pepper. The finish is dry, and its flavors and gentle polished tannins drift away nicely. We would pair this Malbec with lamb lollipops or beef Bolognese. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Red color with violet hues. Expresses a great herbal character on the nose with notes of fresh red fruits. It displays lively acidity and subtlety of tannins in the mouth.
