Wine Review: This almost clear colored Verdejo from Argentina opens with a faint lime and baked green apple tart bouquet with a hint of flint. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, clean and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty lime with notes of grapefruit, green apple skins and some flinty minerals. The finish is slightly off-dry and fades away nicely. The Tasting Panel suggested pairing this Verdejo with pork chops, baked cod with bread crumbs and coconut shrimp. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Color: Greenish hue.
Aroma: On the nose somewhat austere. With freshness and some lemon-style citrus.
Flavor: Well-rounded acidity, some citrus, optra time lemon and lime and fresh.
