Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Torrontes opens with a fresh cut rose bouquet with hints of lychee and Chamomile tea. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with some zesty acidity. That said, we found it to be balanced, soft and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty lychee and Meyer lemon blend with hints of mild minerality, grapefruit pith and saline. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this very good value Torrontes with pork chops or soft cheeses. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Color: Intense yellow-green color.
Aroma: Delicate and unique nose, full of white flowers such as roses and citrus blossom. Also notes of mature white fruits and citrus zest.
Flavor: The wine is well structured with a lively acidity but remains centered around the aromatic intensity and delicate finish.
