Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Argentina opens with a plum and purple jelly bean bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a red plum and mild mineral blend with hints of cedar, craisin and red currant. The finish is dry and its fine tannins drift away nicely. This Cab would pair well with a bacon burger. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Color: Intense purple color. Aroma: Great intensity with ripe red and black fruits notes such as blueberry and cassis along with some black pepper notes. Flavor: Full-bodied with firm, mature and integrated tannins. Very long and persistent finish.
