Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Mendoza opens with a black cherry and mild cola bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, easy to drink and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a black cherry and ripe red plum blend with hints oak, black pepper and red currant. The finish is dry and its flavors and moderate tannins are prolonged. This Cab would pair well with a tangy pulled pork sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Intense purple color. Intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits such as blueberry and cassis. Very intense spicy notes with great complexity. Full bodied with firm and mature tannins. Very long finish.
