Wine Review: This slightly opaque red blend from Argentina opens with a ripe red raspberry jam bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, rich and extracted. The flavor profile is a ripe red currant and plum blend with a hint of cranberry. The finish is quite dry and its fruit flavors and dusty tannins linger for a while. This wine would pair well with duck breast. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Deep and lively violet color. Attractive and intense in the nose, with spicy and dark fruits aromas. Notes of plums, strawberries, blueberries, and guava with distinct hints of black pepper, tobacco, baked red peppers, chocolate, truffles, and mulberry which give a great complexity. Well-balanced and intense beginning, with a great structure that fills the palate with a beautiful balance between fruits and oak. Sweet tannins add deep and long finish.
