Wine Review: This light yellow colored Viognier opens with an attractive mild peach bouquet with a hint of anise and white pepper. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, shows a slightly creamy mouthfeel, yet shows some crisp acidity as well. The flavor profile is a mineral infused mild lychee with a hint of white pepper and tangerine. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: On the nose, aromas of honeysuckle and white peach hint at sweetness. However, this wine is dry on the palate with notes of ripe apricot, lemon-lime, melon and lychee. A lingering finish has a touch of minerality, a signature characteristic of our vineyard. A natural pairing would be Thai chicken, raw oysters, ahi tuna or Szechuan prawns.
