Wine Review: This dark yellow colored Chardonnay from ZD is very good and a style we really like. It opens with a very inviting pear, cantaloupe and oak bouquet. On the palate, it is full bodied, nicely balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is tasty ripe pear with nicely integrated oak and notes of butterscotch. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This impressive Chardonnay would pair nicely with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Aromas of pineapple, lime zest, and pear mingle with hints of vanilla and orange blossoms. The palate is rich and full bodied with the exceptional balance between fruit, toasty oak, and lively acidity. The finish is amazingly long and lasting.
