Wine Review: With aromas of turned loam, mushroom, sandalwood and baking spice, this ruby-colored Cabernet Sauvignon has a flavor profile of cranberry, pomegranate and red delicious apple. There is a light tug between vanilla and peppercorn as the oak is very faint and the tannins are rather gentle. As the wine develops on the palate, it closes with a cherry kirsch flavor and a dry but tingly finish. Enjoy this wine with a pappardelle Bolognese. - Jeoff
