Wine Review: This midnight purple colored Syrah opens with a blackberry and boysenberry bouquet with hints of cedar, florals, and cola. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is very well-balanced, smooth, and silky. The flavor profile is a very tasty blueberry and stony mineral blend with notes of tea and cassis. We also detected hints of toasted oak, boysenberry, and chocolate. The finish is dry and its managed tannins stick around for a very long time. The Tasting Panel would pair this Syrah with a Willy's wagyu strip steak or with a butterflied leg of lamb. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Ruby red color with a violet hue. An elegant, fine and very expressive nose with notes of black currant, licorice and a hint of pepper. It is a wine marked by a fine structure. The tannins elegantly highlight rich, concentrated matter of great finesse. The wine is truly harmonious, revealing great balance and a very long finish.
